What size Riff Mask should I wear?

Measure the circumference of your head with a soft tape measure and use the size chart below.

Small: 19" - 21" Medium: 21" - 22" Large: 22" - 24"

It is important to remember that if the Riff Mask fits slightly large, you may need to adjust the side and back bungees to fit more securely around your head.

I placed an order, when should my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground as soon as it is received and will arrive within 3-6 business days. You will receive an email from Riff when your order ships which includes a tracking number from UPS. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at sales@riffmasks.com

What does upf 32 mean?

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor; it is a measurement of how much UV radiation a garment blocks from the sun. Riff Masks have a UPF rating of 32. Learn more about UPF ratings here.

What is the three-way breathing system?

The Riff Mask is designed to keep you cool and comfortable even in the harshest conditions. As such, the Riff Mask is designed with unique side and front vents which effectively allow air to pass through the mask and reach your face. The vents are shaped with wire alloy so you can choose how much airflow you prefer.

What does a glare guard do?

The Riff Mask features a built-in Glare Guard which, when worn under the edge of your sunglasses, reduces the light which reflects off the water's surface from entering behind your sunglasses, improving vision. The Glare Guard is also responsible for ensuring sunglasses don't fog when wearing the Riff Mask by blocking your breath from rising up.

How do I wash my Riff Mask?

The Riff Mask is machine-washable; simply unzip all zippers, turn the Riff Mask inside out and wash on gentle with cold water. Hang dry. We do not recommend machine-drying.

I would like to return an item, how do I get started?

Riff Masks stands behind our products; if you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason you can return for a full refund within 30 days.

To replace your item with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return by calling us at (305) 791-5249 or emailing us at sales@riffmasks.com. Please note that returned items must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.
